Moosend.com is an email marketing software that was recently acquired by a company called Sitecore. Fortunately, Moosend will continue on as it was before the acquisition from all announcements we've received.
The #1 thing we can say about Moosend is that it allows people on their free tier to use automation functionality at no cost. Automations allow you to create a series of emails that will automatically be sent to new subscribers based on settings you create. Another great thing about Moosend is we have a direct integration with them. In TherapySiteBuilder.com, if you navigate to the website settings (gear icon) then "applications" - it will allow you to add applications of which one will be Moosend. After selecting "applications" scroll down and click Moosend. From here, you'll need to navigate back to your Moosend settings and find your "API Key." Once you've found it, "copy" it. "Paste" the key into the appropriate place in Therapy Site Builder as indicated.
Once you've selected this application, this doesn't mean your email stuff will all go magically where it should be. In order to collect emails, you need to create landing pages that include form questions like name and email fields. When you click on a form in Therapy Site Builder, it will allow you to choose what list that subscriber goes to on your Moosend list. You will see this option at the very bottom of your form settings.
When you click on the "Moosend Settings" button, it will then pop-up all the lists you've created in Moosend. If you haven't created any, you'll need to go back and create at least one to have an option show up when clicking this button. Choose the list that best represents your goal.
After you've done all this, go to your landing page and enter in your own email address. Make sure you've entered your own email in the email notification form settings to ensure you'll get pinged when you have a new subscriber. If you've done things right, you'll get an email fairly quickly after submitting your own information into your landing page for testing purposes.
